TRUFFLE PIGS!!!!!!!!! my husband and I are addicted to your Hazelnut truffle pig! One beautiful Sunday morning I was doing my grocery shopping at "Whole Foods" here in Texas and all of the sudden....
As I was walking through the sweets aisle I see this lady ON A MISSION! she came with no bags on hand, no cart, NOTHING but her determination to get to "THAT" box of chocolate, grab a bar and leave. As a woman and a chocolate lover you can't miss THAT. A red light just turned in my head and my immediate thought was: She got there and she knew what she was looking for! she grabbed and ran! she was in a hurry too! ....ha! it might be good.... I will give it a try too.
Little did I know of the yumminess of such pigs! I Love them!!!!! I love YOU for creating such a product. Sad for me my hubby likes it too so the deal always is:
You get one pig and I get two :)
Please keep making chocolate from your heart because it spreads the love one chocolate bite at a time.
XO

I am in LOVE with your 70% Santo Domingo bar. I'm a pretty picky and particular chocolate-head, and I'm so thrilled to have found something that stimulates my tastebuds and makes me say "Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!" every single time I taste a nibble. Thanks for the positive contribution to my life.

Hello Princess,
At 50, I decided to choose happiness and quit teaching... Although this was a great passion of mine, I was starting to be totally fed up with uninterested students... So, I got myself a part time job in a great little gourmet boutique (I LOVE food, but I also am a voice coach in private..) and have just tasted your dark chocolate truffle pig... Congratulations... LOVE them. I work in Espace Gourmet in Alma, Québec and I am sampling most of their food... (hope I don't gain too much!!) Be sure that I will be promoting your wonderful products. Can't wait to see what you have in store for the Fall!!
Regards!

Hi,

I'd love to hear about your experience at the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Quebec. I'm just beginning my chocolatier adventures and am also struggling to temper chocolate...but it's so much fun trying (and even if it doesn't look all that great, it still tastes delicious!)

My husband and I have been collecting flying pigs of all sorts, prints, sculptures, stuffed toys, painting and labels.

We have a friend who lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire who for the past 10 Christmas's or so have given us various forms or winged pigs, amazing flying ones and heavy cast iron ones too. This year she sent us some of your truffle pigs!!! We were so delighted with the packaging that we waited a few days to eat the chocolate. When we did, we were all clamoring for our own piece of heaven!

They were so delicious! I have yet to ask our friend where she got them, but Portsmouth is only about 45 minutes away. We are all thinking that 45 minutes is nothing for one of your wonderful chocolate bars. Lo and behold, we can get them online too....the internet is a marvelous thing, yes?

Thanks for making wonderful flying pigs! May you have many more successes in your lives!

Hello! Fellow chocolate addict here, I recently came across your chocolates and have been obsessed ever since. The Dark White Chocolate Raspberry is what got me started. I have eaten chocolate EVERY day of my life. (ex. Birthday gifts given have included boxes of 365 chocolates! ) Even goes to the extent of hiding a jar of Nutella with a spoon under my bed!.. its that bad. I just wanted to say I'm so happy to have come across your chocolates, I'm also gifting a few this year @ Christmas for my family to spread the deliciousness joy of these delightful treats.

All I can say is thanks!

Hello Princesses of Piglets

I discovered your chocolate bars sometime last year while doing my shopping at Save On Foods. I was intrigued by the fanciful packaging and so I bought a couple of bars to try out.
And as the saying goes, "I was as happy as a pig in p...".
My family consists of several chocolate devotees and I knew that should I be able to put together a gift package of your chocolate varieties it would be the hit of the Christmas season for 2009.
I contacted your email address and was lucky enough to become acquainted with your Piglet Princess Lyndsey who is a "swine" super star.
At the time of my quest your company was not in the online retail business but Miss L. was able to help me out anyway.
She informed me about all the great products you currently had and we decided on the "hat box" gift set which was to be sent to both friends and family.
She not only provided information and pricing but also went to the trouble to research the best way to have my choices delivered to addresses in Victoria. It was important to me to ensure that the gifts arrived as close as possible to Christmas and be given to a "live" person.
Miss L. checked into delivery systems and found one that would work for me and would ensure not only that the gifts arrived safely and in the time frame I desired but also arrived at a time of day when they would be certain to be delivered to a "live" person so that they did not end in some faraway kingdom for pickup which could prove very difficult, especially at this time of year.
The Hat Boxes were a hit. The families that received them raved on and on about the gift and felt that it was one of the best Christmas gifts they had been given for some time.
Words like fantastic, delicious, scrumptious, unique, innovative, charming, fun and just downright yummy were some of the adjectives used to describe their packages.
I was most pleased to see that you have now gone mainstream and offer products via your website to the general public and I wish you all the success that you deserve.
I will of course be ordering more Hat Boxes for friends and family and I have absolute faith in the product and delivery system that will ensure that my Christmas gifts are once again worthy of the many superlatives that they received last year.
I thank all of you for your collective work in making this possible for me to do.
I especially want to thank Miss Piglet Supremo Lyndsey for her past help and look forward to working with her again this year.
Keep up the great work

Sincerely

Patricia Carter
